Christ is the author of liberty.
"Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage."If our relationship with "Christ" puts us in bondage, ask who it is that we are actually entangled with.

Made me think of something o just read: "Man himself is the doorway. He must open the door. No outside power can do it for him. It would be as detrimental to him to have some outside force open this door and release him as it would be for anyone to tear the cocoon from the moth. It has to free itself, and in the struggle to obtain that freedom it gains the strength to fly. So it is with man."
